Refund requests are eligible within the first 7 days (the "Guarantee Period") of purchasing an Agent Membership plan.

The customer service representative will guide you through the refund process, which may include providing necessary information and documentation. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

3. Refund Amount:
The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the Agent Membership plan. Refunds are only valid for the current term of purchase. If an annual plan is purchased, refunds apply only to the current yearly plan. No refunds will be issued for previous months or years that have passed.
