By opting into our warranty subscription services, you agree to be billed regularly, monthly, or annually, as per your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize Smart Choice Warranty to charge the payment method you provided for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

 

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

- Logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions

- Contacting our customer support team at support@smartchoicewarranty.com

 

Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. Refunds may be issued according to our refund policy.

 

5. Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Smart Choice Warranty is not responsible for any additional charges incurred.

 

6. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Your contact information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.

 

7. Service Availability

Communication and subscription services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee the timely delivery or accuracy of messages and are not responsible for delays, misdirected messages, or service interruptions.

 

8. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Opt-In Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will take effect upon posting. Your continued opt-in constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
